We focus on wines that are free to express their nature and the identity of their terroir without being conditioned by market logic or homologated flavours.

Wines that, if you know how to embrace them, will captivate you and that you will probably return to. This is how our strong respect for raw materials has led us to propose a wine list that can introduce you to ‘natural’ producers. These are wines that respect nature, often made from indigenous vines and with indigenous yeasts, with a minimum amount of sulphites, wines that are sometimes scarcely filtered or not filtered at all, in order to fully preserve the ‘life’ in them.
